Vehicle History Reports. Vehicle history reports from an accepted industry source regarding the history and condition of a vehicle (“Vehicle History Reports”) are required on all Vehicles listed for sale on the TradeRev System. TradeRev is not responsible for the accuracy of Vehicle History Reports. Vehicle History Reports must meet the following minimum standards:

Vehicle History Reports. EBlock provides reporting integration for Buyers and Sellers. With or without this integration, Sellers are bound to properly disclose all Material Facts about a Vehicle they are offering for sale. Sellers are responsible to ensure all Material Facts are disclosed in the Condition Report. EBlock is not responsible for any inaccurate information provided by reports or any Vehicle History provider. Vehicle history reports are not binding for Arbitration.
Vehicle History Reports. To augment DPPA Data with accident data, odometer readings, emission readings or state issued vehicle brand data for the purpose of developing a ‘Vehicle History Report’ competing against AutoCheck and CARFAX by providing vehicle valuations to potential buyers, sellers, dealers, original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”), auction houses or financers of automobiles.

  • Inventory Reports Within 15 days after the close of each fiscal month of Customer, a copy of the Inventory Report (as and to the extent applicable, breaking out Inventory by location, and separately reporting any work in process) of Customer as of the end of such fiscal month;

  • Regulatory Reports (a) Buyer and each of its Subsidiaries have timely filed (or furnished, as applicable) all forms, filings, registrations, submissions, statements, certifications, returns, information, data, reports and documents, together with any amendments required to be made with respect thereto, that they were required to file (or furnish, as applicable) since January 1, 2020 with any Regulatory Agencies, including any Regulatory Reports, and have paid all fees and assessments due and payable in connection therewith in compliance in all material respects with applicable law. Subject to Section 9.14, except for normal examinations conducted by a Regulatory Agency in the Ordinary Course, no Regulatory Agency has initiated or has pending any proceeding or, to the knowledge of Buyer, investigation into the business or operations of Buyer or any of its Subsidiaries since January 1, 2020, except where such proceedings or investigations would not reasonably be expected to have, either individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect on Buyer. All such forms, filings, registrations, submissions, statements, certifications, returns, information, data, reports and documents were true and complete in all material respects and in compliance in all material respects with the requirements of any applicable law and of the applicable Regulatory Agency. Subject to Section 9.14, except for normal examinations conducted by a Regulatory Agency in the Ordinary Course, there (i) is no unresolved violation, criticism, or exception by any Regulatory Agency with respect to any report or statement relating to any examinations or inspections of Buyer or any of its Subsidiaries and (ii) are not any unresolved inquiries by or disagreements or disputes with, any Regulatory Agency with respect to the business, operations, policies or procedures of Buyer or any of its Subsidiaries since January 1, 2020, in each case, which would reasonably be expected to have, either individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect on Buyer. Since January 18, 2023, Buyer has been in material compliance with applicable listing and corporate governance rules and regulations of the NYSE.

  • Progress Reports and Invoices The goals of this subtask are to: (1) periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the project objectives of this Agreement; and (2) ensure that invoices contain all required information and are submitted in the appropriate format. The Recipient shall: • Submit a monthly Progress Report to the CAM. Each progress report must: o Summarize progress made on all Agreement activities as specified in the scope of work for the preceding month, including accomplishments, problems, milestones, products, schedule, fiscal status, and an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns.   • COPIES OF REGULATORY REPORTS AND FILINGS Upon reasonable request, Competitive Supplier shall provide to the Town a copy of each public periodic or incident-related report or record relating to this ESA which it files with any Massachusetts or federal agency regulating rates, service, compliance with environmental laws, or compliance with affirmative action and equal opportunity requirements, unless the Competitive Supplier is required by law or regulation to keep such reports confidential. The Town shall treat any reports and/or filings received from Competitive Supplier as confidential information subject to the terms of Article 16. Competitive Supplier shall be reimbursed its reasonable costs of providing such copies.

  • Regulatory Reporting Ultimus agrees to provide reports to the federal and applicable state authorities, including the SEC, and to the Funds’ Auditors. Applicable state authorities are those governmental agencies located in states in which the Fund is registered to sell shares.

  • Search Reports The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of UCC and other search reports from one or more commercial search firms acceptable to the Administrative Agent, listing all of the effective financing statements filed against any Credit Party, together with copies of such financing statements.

  • Information Packages As soon as available and in any event not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, an Information Package as of the most recently completed Fiscal Month.

  • Usage Reports The Contractor shall submit usage reports on an annual basis to the assigned Deputy Purchasing Agent of the County of Orange user agency/department.
