Inventory Reports. Within 45 days after the close of each fiscal quarter of Customer, a copy of the Inventory Report (as and to the extent applicable, breaking out Inventory by location, and separately reporting any work in process) of Customer as of the end of such fiscal quarter; and
Inventory Reports. The Borrower shall, within thirty (30) days after the end of each month, deliver to the Lender an inventory report, certified as accurate by the Borrower’s treasurer or chief financial officer, and within such time as the Lender may specify, such other schedules and reports as the Lender may require.
Inventory Reports. Blackhawk Biofuels will provide REG Marketing with daily reports showing the receipt, usage and inventory of Feedstocks, methanol and catalyst, and shipments, production and inventory of Biodiesel and Co-products produced.
Inventory Reports. Borrower agrees to furnish Lender with Inventory reports at such times as Lender may request, but at least once each month. Such reports shall be in form and detail satisfactory to Lender. Borrower shall conduct a physical inventory no less frequently than annually and shall provide to Lender a report based on each such physical inventory promptly thereafter, together with such supporting information as Lender shall in its discretion request.
Inventory Reports. Once sales of Timeshare Inventory have commenced, within 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter, a quarterly report showing (with respect to the Encumbered Timeshare Product): (i) all sales of Timeshare Inventory (including cash sales); (ii) all remaining available inventory of Units and Timeshare Inventory; and (iii) a schedule of sales prices per Vacation Point (based on historical data). Such reports shall be certified by Borrower to be true, correct and complete and shall be provided in a form to be reasonably approved by Lender.
Inventory Reports. Wholesaler shall prepare inventory reports detailing the status of its Aggregate Inventory of Products by NDC number ("Inventory Reports") and, for the duration of this Agreement, provide FHPC with monthly Inventory Reports. All such Inventory Reports shall be transmitted in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) format pursuant to Section 2.7 and shall include such information as reasonably requested by FHPC, including the following:
Inventory Reports. Debtor will deliver to Secured Party, on such ----------------- frequency as Secured Party may reasonably request, a written report in form and content reasonably satisfactory to Secured Party, with respect to the preceding month or other applicable period, showing Debtor's opening inventory, inventory acquired, inventory sold, inventory returned, inventory used in Debtor's business, closing inventory, any other inventory not within the preceding categories, and such other information as Secured Party may reasonably request from time to time. Debtor shall notify Secured Party as soon as practicable of any matter adversely affecting the inventory, including, without limitation, any event causing loss or depreciation in any material respect in the value of the inventory and the amount of such possible loss or depreciation.
Inventory Reports. The Borrower shall, at least once every seven (7) days, deliver to the Lender a summary inventory report, certified as accurate by the Borrower, and within such time as the Lender may specify, such other schedules and reports as the Lender may require. In addition, Borrower shall, on or before ten (10) days after the end of each month, deliver to the Lender an inventory report by stock keeping unit, certified as accurate by the Borrower.
Inventory Reports. Furnish to Bank not later than three (3) days after and as of the end of each week, reports as to the amount of Eligible Inventory. The report shall be executed by a duly authorized officer of Borrower and shall be in such form and detail as Bank may specify.
