Regulatory Reports as defined in Section 3.4(a).

Regulatory Reports has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1(b).

Regulatory Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(d).

More Definitions of Regulatory Reports

Regulatory Reports means all reports, including Securities Documents, which a Party or any of its Subsidiaries is required to file with any banking or thrift Governmental Entity or the SEC.

Regulatory Reports. WITH RESPECT TO EACH FACILITY, as follows:

Regulatory Reports means the annual and quarterly reports of Borrower filed with the SEC since December 31, 2008, and the financial reports of First National and accompanying schedules for each calendar quarter filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, since the year ended December 31, 2009.

Regulatory Reports means those reports of examination by regulatory authorities, compliance reports and correspondence related thereto.

Regulatory Reports is defined in Section 6(a)(i)(F).

Regulatory Reports means the Reports of Condition and Income of a party and accompanying schedules, as filed with the FDIC and the FRB, for each calendar quarter beginning with the quarter ended September 30, 2011, through the Closing Date, and all Reports from September 30, 2011 through the Closing Date.

Regulatory Reports means the annual or quarterly reports, and accompanying schedules, of the Company and any Subsidiary filed with the Federal Reserve Board, the OCFI, the FDIC, the Office of Thrift Supervision or the State of Florida since December 31, 2003.
