Search Reports. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of UCC and other search reports from one or more commercial search firms acceptable to the Administrative Agent, listing all of the effective financing statements filed against any Credit Party, together with copies of such financing statements.
Search Reports. Bank shall receive prior to the date of this Agreement UCC search results under all names used by the Borrower during the prior five (5) years, from each jurisdiction where any Collateral is located, from the State, if any, where the Borrower is organized and registered (as such terms are used in the Code), and the State where the Borrower’s chief executive office is located. The search results shall confirm that the security interest in the Collateral granted Bank hereunder is prior to all other security interests in favor of any other person.
Search Reports. A written search report provided to Administrator by a search service acceptable to Administrator listing all effective financing statements that name Borrower or any Originator as debtor or assignor and that are filed in the jurisdictions in which filings were made pursuant to Section 7.1.5 above and in such other jurisdictions that Administrator shall reasonably request, together with copies of such financing statements (none of which shall cover any Collateral or interests therein or proceeds of any thereof), and tax and judgment lien search reports from a Person satisfactory to Administrator showing no evidence of such lien filed against Borrower or any Originator.
Search Reports. Search reports satisfactory to the Lessor and the Trustee listing all effective financing statements that name a Lessee as debtor or assignor and that are filed in the jurisdictions in which filings were made pursuant to subsection (h) below, together with copies of such financing statements, and tax and judgment lien search reports from a Person satisfactory to the Lessor and the Trustee showing no evidence of such liens filed against such Lessee;
Search Reports. The Administrative Agent shall have received completed requests for information on Form UCC-11, or search reports from one or more commercial search firms acceptable to the Administrative Agent, listing all of the effective financing statements filed against any Credit Party which is a party to the Security Agreement in any jurisdiction in which such Credit Party maintains an office or in which any Collateral of such Credit Party is located, together with copies of such financing statements.
Search Reports. Attached hereto as Schedule is a true copy of a file search report from the central UCC filing office in each jurisdiction identified in Part A–4 above with respect to each name set forth in Part A–2 and Part A–3 above (searches in local filing offices, if any, are not required). Attached hereto as Schedule is a true copy of each financing statement or other filing identified in such file search reports.

Attached hereto as Schedule I is a true copy of a file search report from the central UCC filing office in each jurisdiction identified in Sections 4 and 5 above with respect to each name set forth in Sections 2 and 3(a) above (searches in local filing offices, if any, are not required).

The Global Agent shall have received the results of UCC and other search reports from one or more commercial search firms acceptable to the Global Agent, listing all of the effective financing statements filed against any Credit Party, together with copies of such financing statements.
Search Reports. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of UCC, federal and state tax and judgment lien, civil suit and other search reports from one or more commercial search firms acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Search Reports. The Administrative Agent shall have received copies of the results of recent searches by Persons reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent of tax liens, judgments and Uniform Commercial Code records in all offices in which filings are required to be made in accordance with the provisions of subsection 4.9(a) of the Trust Agreement, and such searches shall reveal no Liens other than those permitted by subsection 6.3.
