Condition Report definition

Condition Report means a condition report with respect to a Group II Vehicle, signed and dated by a Lessee or a Franchisee and any Manufacturer or its agent in accordance with the applicable Vehicle Disposition Program.
Condition Report means any opinions published by Brightwells in relation to the nature or condition of a Lot.
Condition Report means the condition report for the Room and the furniture (if any) as at the Commencement Date that We will provide to You. Condition Report means the report on the state of the condition of the Premises as attached as Annexure 2. Division of Student Administration Guidelines means the guidelines so named and as referred to on the University Website.
