Room Entry The Manager subscribes to the principle that Residents are entitled to enjoy a reasonable right to privacy in residence Rooms. However, the Resident acknowledges that the Manager is entitled, without notice and without the Resident being present, to have authorized staff, the Institution’s security services, emergency services, or the police enter the Room at reasonable times under the following conditions: (a) to provide repair and maintenance services as detailed in section 4.05 of this Agreement; (b) to provide housekeeping services as detailed in section 4.06 of this Agreement; (c) to ensure the safety and security of the Resident and/or when there is reasonable cause to believe an emergency situation has arisen; (d) during the Winter Break to provide routine maintenance; (e) when there is reasonable cause to believe that terms of this Agreement and/or the Residence Community Living Standards detailed in section 7.01 and/or the law is being violated. Authorized staff are supplied with a uniform and identification that is visible at all times.
Notice of entry (a) When seeking to exercise right of entry pursuant to s.481 of the Fair Work Act, each Union official must provide a duly completed entry notice outlining the nature of the breach (including particulars as required by the Fair Work Act). This notice must be provided in accordance with the Fair Work Act.
Unbundled Copper Loop – Non-Designed (UCL-ND 2.4.3.1 The UCL–ND is provisioned as a dedicated 2-wire metallic transmission facility from BellSouth’s Main Distribution Frame (MDF) to a customer’s premises (including the NID). The UCL-ND will be a “dry copper” facility in that it will not have any intervening equipment such as load coils, repeaters, or digital access main lines (DAMLs), and may have up to 6,000 feet of bridged tap between the End User’s premises and the serving wire center. The UCL-ND typically will be 1300 Ohms resistance and in most cases will not exceed 18,000 feet in length, although the UCL-ND will not have a specific length limitation. For Loops less than 18,000 feet and with less than 1300 Ohms resistance, the Loop will provide a voice grade transmission channel suitable for Loop start signaling and the transport of analog voice grade signals. The UCL-ND will not be designed and will not be provisioned with either a DLR or a test point.
Scope of Tender 1.1 The Procuring Entity as defined in the TDS invites tenders for supply of goods and, if applicable, any Related Services incidental thereto, as specified in Section V, Supply Requirements. The name, identification, and number of lots (contracts) of this Tender Document are specified in the TDS.
Unbundled Copper Loop – Designed (UCL-D) 2.4.2.1 The UCL-D will be provisioned as a dry copper twisted pair (2- or 4-wire) Loop that is unencumbered by any intervening equipment (e.g., filters, load coils, range extenders, digital loop carrier, or repeaters).
Contractor Security Clearance Customers may designate certain duties and/or positions as positions of “special trust” because they involve special trust responsibilities, are located in sensitive locations, or have key capabilities with access to sensitive or confidential information. The designation of a special trust position or duties is at the sole discretion of the Customer. Contractor or Contractor’s employees and Staff who, in the performance of this Contract, will be assigned to work in positions determined by the Customer to be positions of special trust, may be required to submit to background screening and be approved by the Customer to work on this Contract.

Re-Entry In the event of any Default by Tenant, Landlord shall also have the right, with or without terminating this Lease, in compliance with applicable law, to re-enter the Premises and remove all persons and property from the Premises; such property may be removed and stored in a public warehouse or elsewhere at the cost of and for the account of Tenant.
Submission of Tender The tender shall be submitted online in two part, viz., technical bid and financial bid. All the pages of bid being submitted must be signed and sequentially numbered by the bidder irrespective of nature of content of the documents before uploading.
CONTRACT AFFIRMATIONS Performing Agency certifies that, to the extent Contract Affirmations are incorporated into the Contract under the Signature Document, the Performing Agency has reviewed the Contract Affirmations and that Performing Agency is in compliance with all requirements.
