Common use of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Vacation. During the Initial Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its subsidiaries as in effect at any time hereafter with respect to other key executives of the Company and its subsidiaries; provided, however, that in no event shall Executive be entitled to fewer than four weeks paid vacation per year.

Vacation. During the Initial Term, the Executive shall be entitled to receive annual paid vacation in accordance with the most favorable plansCompany’s vacation policy applicable to senior executives, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its subsidiaries as in effect at any time hereafter with respect to other key executives of the Company and its subsidiaries; provided, however, that but in no event shall Executive be entitled to fewer less than four (4) weeks paid vacation per year, prorated for partial years.

Vacation. During the Initial Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the most favorable plansCompany’s vacation policies applicable to executives of the Company, policies, programs provided that Executive shall be entitled to at least four weeks of vacation annually. Any vacation shall be taken at the reasonable and practices mutual convenience of the Company and its subsidiaries as in effect at any time hereafter with respect to other key executives of the Company and its subsidiaries; provided, however, that in no event shall Executive be entitled to fewer than four weeks paid vacation per yearExecutive.
