Common use of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Vacation. The Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the standard written policies of the Company with regard to vacations of executives, but in no event less than four (4) weeks per calendar year.

Vacation. The During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to four weeks paid vacation in accordance with each calendar year. The Executive shall will be entitled to paid vacation of four weeks per year in accordance with the standard written policies Company's vacation policy with the timing and duration of the Company with regard specific vacations to vacations of executives, but be mutually and reasonably agreed upon by both parties hereto and in no event less than four (4) weeks per calendar yearadvance.

Vacation. The During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to not less than six weeks paid vacation in accordance with the standard written Company’s applicable policies of the Company with regard to vacations of executives, but in no event less than four (4) weeks per calendar yearand procedures.
