Vacation Scheduling. (a) Employees shall indicate their vacation preference, in writing, by April 15th of each year, and the Employer shall post the final vacation schedule by May 15th of each year. Vacation Scheduling. The employer retains the right to determine the number of employees who may be on vacation at any given time. A minimum of two (a2) Employees employees per store can be on vacation at any time except for any week in which a holiday covered under this contract, Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day as well as the week before. For purposes of this provision, mid-week shall be defined as a vacation starting and stopping Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. An employee shall be considered to have met the minimum scheduling requirements of this Article if such days interfere with the granting total of the hours worked and paid for vacation requests of one week (and unworked holiday if applicable) for the two workweeks involved is equal to eighty (80) for a full-time employee, forty (40) or greatermore for a part-time employee.

Vacation Scheduling. (‌ 17.01 The vacation period will extend from January 1st to December 1st of each year. Vacation Scheduling. (a) Employees shall indicate their vacation preference, in writing, preference by April 15th March 31st of each year, and the Employer shall post the final vacation schedule by May 15th April 30th, of each year. Vacation Scheduling. (17.01 The vacation period will extend from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The Company reserves the right to limit and/or restrict the number of employee taking vacation during peak business periods to meet the demands of the operations. a) Employees shall indicate The Company will post a general announcement on November 1st asking employees to determine their vacation preference, in writingif any, by April 15th of each year, and for the Employer shall post the final vacation schedule by May 15th of each following year. Vacation Scheduling. The employer(s) shall within ten (a10) Employees shall indicate their vacation preferencedays of the completion of the shift bidding procedure, in writing, by April 15th but no later than December 1st of each year, and post a vacation scheduling request sign up sheet.
