Vacation Earned. Commencing in the second year of employment, an employee shall receive vacation days as part of their assigned number of duty days, which shall accrue at the beginning of the school year. The employee shall request, in writing, the specific day(s) to be used as vacation, which request shall be subject to approval by the employee's supervisor, based upon the needs of the School District. The following work day schedule will be applied to determine the number of vacation days assigned.
