Common use of Vacation and Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to vacation days each Fiscal Period at such times which do not materially interfere with the performance of the Executive's duties and responsibilities under this Agreement in accordance with the vacation policy of the Company. In addition, during the Employment Period, the Executive shall be eligible to benefit from such fringe benefits, in accordance with the policies, programs, procedures and practices of the Company, as may be in effect and provided from time to time to senior executives and/or other employees of the Company, collectively the foregoing are referred to as "Vacation and Fringe Benefits"
