Common use of Vacation and Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Fringe Benefits. During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to at least four weeks paid vacation each calendar year, plus paid time off due to illness or personal reasons in accordance, in all such cases, with Company policy.
