Common use of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Vacation. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation per calendar year, in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies. Any vacation shall be taken at the reasonable and mutual convenience of the Company and the Executive.
