Common use of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Vacation. Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of annual paid vacation days, which shall accrue and be useable by Executive in accordance with Company policy, as may be in effect from time to time.

The Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of annual paid vacation dayseach fiscal year of this Agreement, which shall accrue and to be useable by Executive taken in accordance with Company policythe Company's policy then in effect, as may and to the same paid Holidays provided to the other employees of the Company. The Executive's vacation days will be pro-rated based on the number of full months, if less than twelve, that the Executive is employed hereunder in effect from time to timethe applicable fiscal year.

Vacation. Executive shall be entitled to take up to four (4) weeks of annual paid vacation daysper calendar year, which shall accrue and be useable by Executive taken in accordance with Company policy, as may be Cyber-Test's vacation policy in effect from time to timetime for executives of comparable seniority.
