Common use of USES PROHIBITED Clause in Contracts

USES PROHIBITED. (a) Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises (unless Tenant shall pay any increased premium as a result of such use or acts) or cause the cancellation of any insurance policy covering said Premises, the Building or the Project, nor shall Tenant sell or permit to be kept, used or sold in or about said Premises any articles which may be prohibited by a standard form policy of fire insurance.

USES PROHIBITED. (a1) Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises which that will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises (unless Tenant shall pay any increased premium as a result of such use or acts) or cause the cancellation of any insurance policy covering said Premises, Premises or any building of which the Building or the ProjectPremises may be a part, nor shall Tenant sell or permit to be kept, used or sold in or about said Premises any articles which may be prohibited by a standard form policy of fire insurance. Tenant shall not commit or suffer to be committed any waste in or upon the Premises.
