RATE OF INSURANCE. Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises which will cause the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises to increase or cause the cancellation of any insurance policy covering said Premises or any building of which the Premises may be a part, nor shall Tenant sell or permit to be kept, used or sold in or about such Premises any articles which may be prohibited by a standard form policy of fire insurance. Tenant shall pay to Landlord as additional rent hereunder the full amount of any increased premium resulting from Tenant's use of the Premises.

RATE OF INSURANCE. Lessee shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Premises which will cause an increase in the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises (unless Lessee shall pay an increased premium as a result of such use or acts) or cause the cancellation of any insurance policy covering said Premises or any building of which the Premises may be a part, nor shall Lessee sell or permit to be kept, used or sold in or about such Premises any articles which may be prohibited by a standard form policy of fire insurance.
RATE OF INSURANCE. Nothing shall be done in any Unit which will materially increase the rate of insurance for the Project, or any part of the Project, without the prior written consent of both of the Owners. Any such increase in the rate of insurance may be assessed against the Unit Owner causing such increase. No Owner of a Unit shall permit anything to be done or kept in the Unit which will result in the cancellation of insurance on the Project or any part thereof, or which would be in violation of any law, regulation or administrative ruling.

  • Cost of Insurance The cost of all insurance required herein to be secured and maintained by Engineer shall be borne solely by Engineer, with certificates of insurance evidencing such minimum coverage in force to be filed with County.
