Use of Project The Issuer hereby covenants and agrees that it will not take any action, other than pursuant to the exercise of its rights under Section 5.2 of this Agreement and under the corresponding provisions of the Original Agreement, to prevent the Company from having possession and enjoyment of the Project during the term of this Agreement and will, at the request of the Company and at the Company's cost, cooperate with the Company in order that the Company may have possession and enjoyment of the Project.
Commercial Activities Neither Contractor nor its employees shall establish any commercial activity or issue concessions or permits of any kind to Third Parties for establishing commercial activities on the Site or any other lands owned or controlled by Owner.
Payment of Project Activities County will reimburse Subrecipient for eligible project-related costs only. Subrecipient shall submit requests for reimbursement to County on a monthly basis beginning on August 1, 2021, and must provide adequate documentation as required by County in accordance with the OC Community Resources Contract Reimbursement Policy, as set forth in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. In addition, Subrecipient will provide a progress Grantee Performance Report (“GPR Information Form”) for the time period covered, as prescribed by County. Failure to provide any of the required documentation and reporting will cause County to withhold all or a portion of a request for reimbursement, or return the entire reimbursement package to Subrecipient, until such documentation and reporting has been received and approved by County.

Regulated Activities The Company shall not itself, nor shall it cause, permit or allow the Bank or any other of its Subsidiaries to (i) engage in any business or activity not permitted by all applicable laws and regulations, except where such business or activity would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on the Company, the Bank and/or such of its Subsidiaries or (ii) make any loan or advance secured by the capital stock of another bank or depository institution, or acquire the capital stock, assets or obligations of or any interest in another bank or depository institution, in each case other than in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and safe and sound banking practices.
Other Activities/Renovations A. The Contractor acknowledges its responsibility to assure the Judicial Council’s quiet enjoyment of the Program and to provide the full service level of the Property for the Program, free from outside distractions, disturbances, and/or interruptions. The Contractor shall avoid assigning any rooms to the Judicial Council or the Attendees during the Program which are adjacent to or across from any group or activity that may generate noise or other distractions, such as construction or other conduct, sufficient to detract from quiet enjoyment of the Program on the Property.
Operation of Project The Participant will maintain, or will cause to be maintained, all of the equipment and improvements implemented through each Project in good working order and will operate and maintain, or will cause to be operated and maintained, such equipment and improvements without any modification for a continuous period of 48 months or until December 31, 2020 whichever is longer (the “Period”) starting on the first day of the month immediately following the month in which the LDC pays the Participant Incentive.
Use of Property The Property as defined herein shall be for the sole and exclusive use and occupation by the Tenant(s) and same’s exclusive family namely:
Use of Products 3.28.1 In the performance of this contract, Consultant shall make maximum use of products containing recovered materials that are EPA-designated items unless the product cannot be acquired (i) competitively within a timeframe providing for compliance with the contract performance schedule; (ii) meeting contract performance requirements; or (iii) at a reasonable price.
EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES 1. In this agreement, extra-curricular programs and activities include all those that are beyond the provincially prescribed and locally determined curricula of the school.
