Regulated Activities definition
Regulated Activities has the same meaning as defined in the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (and any subsequent amendment or re-enactment thereof);
Regulated Activities means the activities described in section 2 of the Law when carried on by way of business and not exempt from regulation under any provision of section 3 of the Law;

Regulated Activities means all activities undertaken by or on behalf of the FE Manufacturer relating to:
