Regulated Activities definition

Regulated Activities means the activities described in section 2 of the Law when carried on by way of business and not exempt from regulation under any provision of section 3 of the Law;
Regulated Activities means any of the following activities which are directly undertaken or originate in a regulated wetland or its buffer:
Regulated Activities has the same meaning as defined in the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (and any subsequent amendment or re-enactment thereof);

Examples of Regulated Activities in a sentence

  • The "Operator" is defined as the person who it is proposed will have control over the relevant Regulated Activities in the installation in respect of which this application is being made.

  • The Low Impact Development Practices provided in the BMP Manual and in Appendix B of this Ordinance shall be utilized for all Regulated Activities to the maximum extent practicable.

More Definitions of Regulated Activities

Regulated Activities means any activities which are subject to any provisions of these regulations.
Regulated Activities means the functions of a water undertaker or, as the case may be, a sewerage undertaker and, for the avoidance of doubt, references to the functions of a water undertaker, or as the case may be a sewerage undertaker, shall include references to the duties imposed on a water undertaker, or as the case may be sewerage undertaker;
Regulated Activities means activities which are authorised or regulated by a licence or exemption.”
Regulated Activities means activities which require a licence under section 7 of the Financial Services Act 2008 or which would require a licence if they were being carried on, in or from the Isle of Man;

Distribution or solicitation of funds of any nature that is not a RegulatedActivity is deemed use of the Airport premises for Commerce and shall be subject to Section 6 of this Ordinance.
