Common use of USE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES Clause in Contracts

USE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. 9.1 Subject to clauses 9.2 and 9.3, Clarivate grants Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Content for Client’s internal business purposes to the extent required for the proper enjoyment of the Products and Services, in accordance with the license rights and restrictions set out in the Cover Sheet.
