Use of network tickets and their inspection. For flexi-type tickets, the passenger will write a date on which he or she will use the ticket into the appropriate cell prior to boarding. Dates should be entered into the cells in order; crossing out and overwriting are not permitted. If the passenger confuses the date, he or she must use the next field. Overwriting the date is considered unauthorised manipulation of the travel document (see below). For tickets valid for 15 days, 22 days and 1 month, the passenger does not fill in the date. For IGP tickets, the passenger is additionally required to fill in a record of the intended journey in the Travel Report prior to boarding.

Due to the wide variety of NIDs utilized by BellSouth (based on subscriber size and environmental considerations), Mpower may access the on-premises wiring by any of the following means: BellSouth shall allow Mpower to connect its loops directly to BellSouth’s multi-line residential NID enclosures that have additional space and are not used by BellSouth or any other telecommunications carriers to provide service to the premise. Mpower agrees to install compatible protectors and test jacks and to maintain the protection system and equipment and to indemnify BellSouth pursuant to Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

  • Classroom Visitation To provide patrons of the District the opportunity to visit classrooms with the least interruption to the teaching process, the following guidelines are set forth:

  • Authorized User Overview and Mini-Bid Process Project Based IT Consulting Services Contracts enable Authorized Users to use a competitive Mini-bid Process to acquire Services on an as-needed basis, for qualified IT Projects. Project Based IT Consulting Services may include, but will not be limited to projects requiring: analysis, data classification, design, development, testing, quality assurance, security and associated training for Information Technology based applications. See section 1.3 Out of Scope Work for a listing of projects expressly excluded from the scope of this Contract.   • Software Maintenance and Support If You purchase Software Maintenance and Support for the Software, the Software Maintenance and Support will be provided as described in Kofax’s then current Software Maintenance and Support Agreement, available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/legal/SMSA, and which is incorporated herein by this reference. If You are active and current on Software Maintenance and Support, You may request reconfigurations of the Software subject to Your payment of Kofax’s then current standard rates for such reconfigurations. Kofax will have no liability to You arising from or related to Your cessation of Software Maintenance and Support, whether from Your failure to timely renew Software Maintenance and Support or otherwise.   • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.
