Use of Existing Policies Clause Samples

The 'Use of Existing Policies' clause defines the conditions under which parties may rely on or reference insurance policies or other relevant policies already in place prior to entering the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies whether existing coverage is sufficient to meet contractual requirements or if additional endorsements or modifications are necessary. Its core practical function is to streamline compliance and avoid unnecessary duplication of coverage, ensuring that parties can efficiently utilize their current policies while still meeting the agreement's risk management needs.
