Use of Designs. Employee hereby grants to the Company a perpetual, royalty-free exclusive right and license to use his designs for bridal gowns and related apparel (the "Designs") or any variation thereof developed during the Term (or any extension thereof). Use of Designs. Data and Information: Vendor agrees that it will keep confidential and will not disclose to any third party without Company’s prior written consent, or use for any purpose other than the completion of Work, any business plans, network architecture and equipment, designs, drawings, engineering data or other technical, financial, planning or proprietary information that either: (a) is furnished by Company; or (b) is or shall become the property of Company under this Purchase Order. Upon the soonest of completion of Work, termination, or cancellation of this Purchase Order, or sooner if requested by Company, Vendor shall return all the foregoing to Company or make such other disposition thereof as directed by Company. There is no obligation on the part of Company to treat Vendor’s information as other than public and non-proprietary.
Use of Designs. Vendor agrees that it will keep confidential the features of any equipment, tools, gauges, patterns, designs, drawings, engineering data or other technical or proprietary information furnished by the University and use such items only in the production of item(s) awarded pursuant to the contract. Upon demand or completion of resultant purchase order, the proposer shall return all such item(s) to the university at the expense of the Vendor, or make other disposition thereof as may be directed or approved by the University.
Use of Designs. Nothing in this agreement shall prohibit NGBT from using the same or similar engineering, designs, equipment, or services and/or providing the same to other customers, provided the NGBT does not violate any confidentiality agreement it may have with the Customer.

Related to Use of Designs

  • Release of Design Plan The Engineer (1) will not release any roadway design plan created or collected under this contract except to its subproviders as necessary to complete the contract; (2) shall include a provision in all subcontracts which acknowledges the State’s ownership of the design plan and prohibits its use for any use other than the project identified in this contract; and (3) is responsible for any improper use of the design plan by its employees, officers, or subproviders, including costs, damages, or other liability resulting from improper use. Neither the Engineer nor any subprovider may charge a fee for the portion of the design plan created by the State.
