U.S. Trustee Fees. On the Effective Date or as soon as practicable thereafter, the Debtors or Reorganized Debtors shall pay all U.S. Trustee Fees that are then due. Any U.S. Trustee Fees due thereafter shall be paid by each of the applicable Reorganized Debtors in the ordinary course until the earlier of the entry of a final decree closing the applicable Reorganization Case, or a Bankruptcy Court order converting or dismissing the applicable Reorganization Case. Any deadline for filing Administrative Claims or Fee Claims shall not apply to U.S. Trustee Fees.

U.S. Trustee Fees. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, on the Effective Date, the Debtor shall pay, in full, in Cash, any fees due and owing to the U.S. Trustee at the time of Confirmation. On and after the Effective Date, the Reorganized Debtor shall be responsible for filing required post-confirmation reports and paying quarterly fees due to the U.S. Trustee for the Reorganized Debtor until the entry of a final decree in the Chapter 11 Case or until the Chapter 11 Case is converted or dismissed.
U.S. Trustee Fees. All fees payable by the Liquidating Debtors pursuant to Section 1930 of title 28 of the United States Code shall be paid on the earlier of the date when due or the Effective Date, or as soon as practicable thereafter. From and after the Effective Date, the Liquidation Trust shall be liable for and shall pay the fees assessed against the Estates under 28 U.S.C. § 1930 until entry of a final decree closing the Chapter 11 Cases. The U.S. Trustee shall not be required to file a request for payment of its quarterly fees, which shall be deemed an Administrative Claim.

  • Owner Trustee’s Fees and Expenses The Owner Trustee shall receive as compensation for its services hereunder such fees as have been separately agreed upon before the date hereof between the Depositor and the Owner Trustee, and the Owner Trustee shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Depositor for its other reasonable expenses hereunder, including the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, representatives, experts and counsel as the Owner Trustee may employ in connection with the exercise and performance of its rights and its duties hereunder.

  • Indenture Trustee Consent The consent of the Indenture Trustee will be required for any amendment pursuant to Sections 6.1(b) or (c) that has a material adverse effect on the rights, obligations, immunities or indemnities of the Indenture Trustee.
