The Office of the United States Trustee shall not be obligated to file any Proof of Claim for either pre-confirmation or post-confirmation fees owed by the Debtor for and on account of the U.S. Trustee Quarterly Fees.
Whereas OAG provides grant dollars to the Named Entity as a reimbursement of the Quarterly Fees due hereunder, Vendor acknowledges and agrees that payments for Participating Entity Services provided under this Contract are contingent upon OAG’s receipt of funds appropriated by the Texas Legislature.
