Upon expiration of the leave provided pursuant to Clause 11.1.1.1, the teacher shall be reinstated in the position the teacher occupied at the time maternity leave commenced, or be provided with alternative work of a comparable nature, at no less than the salary and other benefits that were applicable at the time the maternity leave commenced.
Upon expiration of the leave provided pursuant to clause 11.1.1 the teacher shall be reinstated in the position the teacher occupied at the time the leave commenced or in a mutually agreed upon position. In any case, in accordance with Employment Standards Code and this Collective Agreement, the teacher will be provided an alternative position of a comparable nature.
