Contract Expiration. The contract shall expire 120 days after the final services have been rendered.

If this Agreement is extended by your governmental aggregator, you may still withdraw from the governmental aggregation program at any time without incurring any early termination fees. If you withdraw from the governmental aggregation program or if the Agreement expires, you are responsible for arranging your electric supply either through an aggregation program, another ARES or by returning to your EU.

Contract Expiration. Following the expiration of the term or failure of the parties to enter into any renewal periods, SBCS's license shall continue in effect on a month-to month basis upon the same terms and conditions specified within this Schedule and relevant Collocation Service Order, unless terminated by either SBCS or Willxxxx xxxn ninety (90) days' prior written notice. SBCS's option to renew its license to occupy the Space shall be contingent on the election by Willxxxx xx continue to own, lease, or license the premises in which the Space is located for the duration of the renewal period(s), such election to be exercised at the sole discretion of Willxxxx xxx subject to the terms of the Alliance Agreements.
