Permit Fees All Permit fees paid to regulatory agencies for approvals directly attributable to the Project. These permit fees do not include those permits required to be paid by the construction Contractor.
Monthly Fees ACS will xxxx Customer each month during the term of this Agreement based on number of "Actions" which occurred during the prior month. The definition of "Actions" and fees for each Action will be documented in each Task Order. Customer shall cause ACS to be paid the foregoing fees on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of ACS' delivery of an invoice for the preceding month's Actions.

Use Fees In consideration of use of the Facilities, User shall pay MIT a fee according to the MIT.nano Facility Rate Chart, reflected on the MIT.nano website. Vacation Charges Employees who utilize vacation shall be charged only for the number of hours they would have been scheduled to work during the period of absence. Holidays that occur during vacation periods will be paid as a holiday and not charged as a vacation day.
