Common use of Unused Days Clause in Contracts

Unused Days. If employment is terminated, any accumulated sick leave shall be canceled and the Employee shall not be compensated either in terminal pay or otherwise. The amount of unused sick leave shall be certified to the Employee on a bi-monthly basis on their pay stub.
