Unpaid Instalments. Chief and Council shall pay any unpaid portion of the two thousand two hundred and fifty dollar ($2,250.00) payment, to each Eligible Compensation Beneficiary, as set out in subsection 7.3.2 of this Article, upon application being made by or on behalf of such Eligible Compensation Beneficiary, within four (4) years of the Date of this Agreement, but not thereafter.

Unpaid Instalments. 4.1. If the Purchaser fails to pay the full amount of any Stage Payment or other sum due to the Builders on the due date without good reason then the Builders shall be entitled to stop construction of the Boat until all sums due to the Builders have been paid in full, and the Delivery Date shall be extended by the period of the delay in payment.

Employees working three (3) or more hours longer than a normal workday will be allowed an additional thirty (30) minute unpaid meal period. When an employee’s unpaid meal period is interrupted by work duties, the employee will be allowed to resume their unpaid meal period following the interruption, if possible, to complete the unpaid meal period. In the event an employee is unable to complete the unpaid meal period due to operational necessity, the employee will be entitled to compensation, which will be computed based on the actual number of minutes worked within the unpaid meal period. Meal periods may not be used for late arrival or early departure from work and meal and rest periods will not be combined.

  • Interest on Unpaid Balances Interest on any unpaid amount (including amounts placed in escrow) shall be calculated in accordance with the method specified for interest on refunds in the Commission’s regulations at 18 C.F.R. § 35.19a (a)(2)(iii). Interest on unpaid amounts shall be calculated from the due date of the xxxx to the date of payment. Invoices shall be considered as having been paid on the date of receipt of payment.
