Unlawful Activities Member agrees not to use the premises or any part thereof for the conduct of unlawful activities.
Unlawful Internet Gambling and Other Illegal Activities You agree that you are not engaged in unlawful internet gambling or any other illegal activity. You agree that you will not use any of your accounts, access devices or services for unlawful internet gambling or other illegal activities. We may terminate your account relationship if you engage in unlawful internet gambling or other illegal activities.
Unlawful Use Using service in any manner that violates local, state or federal law, including without limitation using service to transmit any material (by e-mail or otherwise) whose transmission is unlawful under any local, state or federal law applicable to such transmission.
Smoking Prohibited As a public school, the School shall prohibit the use of tobacco at its school or at School functions.
ADVANCE PAYMENTS PROHIBITED No payments in advance of or in anticipation of goods or services to be provided under this contract shall be made by the AGENCY.
Political Activity Prohibited a. None of the funds, materials, property or services provided directly or indirectly under this contract shall be used for partisan political activity.
Gifts Prohibited The Consultant represents that it is familiar with Chapter 12.08 of the San Xxxx Municipal Code, which generally prohibits a City officer or designated employee from accepting any gift. The Consultant shall not offer any City officer or designated employee any gift prohibited by Chapter 12.08. The Consultant’s violation of this Subsection 21.1 is a material breach.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use Intellectual Property You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx strictly in accordance with these terms of use. Inappropriate Conduct You shall not use the Service or the Device in any way that is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, or any similar behavior. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your Service if, in our sole and absolute discretion, we determine that you have used the Service or the Device in any of the aforementioned ways. In the event of such termination, you will be responsible for the full month's charges to the end of the current term, including, without limitation, unbilled charges, plus a termination fee, if applicable, all of which will become immediately due and payable upon termination of your Service. If we believe that you have used the Service or the Device in any of the aforementioned ways, we may forward the relevant communication and other information, including your identity, to the appropriate authorities for investigation and prosecution. You hereby consent to our forwarding of any such communications and information to these authorities. In addition, VoIP Systems USA will provide information in response to law enforcement requests, subpoenas, court orders, to protect it's rights and property and in the case where failure to disclose the information may lead to imminent harm to the customer or others.
Discrimination Prohibited No employee in the bargaining unit shall be appointed, reduced, removed, or in any way favored or unlawfully discriminated against because of his/her political opinions or affiliations, or because of race, national origin, religion, or marital status and, to the extent prohibited by law, no person shall be unlawfully discriminated against because of age, sex or physical handicap.
