Unjust Cause. If, as a result of grievance, it is found that an employee has been suspended or discharged for unjust cause, the employee shall be reinstated to his or her former position without loss of seniority or benefits, and shall be compensated with full back pay for the time lost retroactive to the date of suspension or discharge.
