UNIVERSITY RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. I. The University shall forward to the Facility the name, health status report, and evidence of health care coverage of each student enrolled in the program prior to the placement of a University student in the Facility. The University retains the right to revise any placement prior to the student’s entry into the Facility’s clinical experience and at any time during the clinical experience provided all corresponding health status reports and evidence of health care coverage are in order before any revised assignment.
