University Personnel Committee. The University shall have a University Personnel Committee composed of tenured faculty and elected by University Bargaining Unit A employees. If fewer than 50% of the faculty in a college are tenured, then a non-tenured employee may be elected to represent that college. The sole purpose of the University Personnel Committee shall be to provide recommendations to the Xxxxxxx concerning retention, promotion, or tenure of University employees, unless provided elsewhere in this Agreement.
