Equivalence The importing Party shall accept the sanitary and phytosanitary measures of the exporting Party as equivalent, even if these measures differ from its own measures, if the exporting Party objectively demonstrates to the importing Party that its measures achieve the importing Party's appropriate level of sanitary and phytosanitary protection. For this purpose, reasonable access shall be given, upon request, to the importing Party for inspection, testing, and other relevant procedures.

Table 2 Software Subscription Use Case OpenShift Enterprise OpenShift Enterprise Broker Infrastructure OpenShift Enterprise is intended to be used as a platform as a service and will be supported only when used in that capacity. OpenShift Enterprise is not supported on non-server hardware such as desktops or workstations. OpenShift Enterprise is intended for use on a dedicated Physical Node or Virtual Guest; running other applications and/or programs of any type on the Physical Node or Virtual Guest can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance. Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform for OpenShift and/or Red Hat JBoss EAP for xPaaS will be supported in accordance with the terms of Exhibit 1.B.
Overtime Equalization The assignment of overtime shall be reasonably equalized within classifications. The normal maximum hours officers will be scheduled is (15) fifteen hours. Upon field training competition, probationary officers will begin their total overtime hours on the overtime equalization chart at the average of all members within the officer classification. An overtime equalization chart shall be maintained within the department. The chart shall list all overtime offers and each officer’s declined and accepted hours for each particular offer. Each time an officer is offered overtime, the number of overtime hours worked, or the number of hours declined, will be credited to officer’s chart. The overtime equalization chart shall be posted monthly.
Equalization of Overtime To the extent possible, consistent with current practice, voluntary overtime opportunities shall be distributed equally among qualified volunteers with similar skills and duties . The employer will attempt to meet overtime needs by first soliciting volunteers prior to making assignments . It is understood that soliciting volunteers may not be appropriate in emergency situations (including short- notice absences) . Section Six. (a) Effective 7/1/95, employees who are assigned to a fixed duty station and have previously been receiving portal to portal pay, shall have the benefit of counting their travel time to and from the fixed duty station limited to one-half (1/2) hour each way.
