  • Contractor Certification The Department may, at its option, terminate the Contract if the Contractor is found to have submitted a false certification as provided under section 287.135(5), F.S., or been placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or been engaged in business operations in Cuba or Syria, or to have been placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in a boycott of Israel.

  • Contractor Certification Clauses Contractor represents and warrants that the following statements are true. During the term of the Agreement, Contractor shall not take an action, or omit to perform any act, that results in a representation and warranty becoming untrue. Contractor shall promptly notify the Judicial Council if any representation and warranty becomes untrue. A. No Gratuities.   • SUBCONTRACTOR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS Any Contractor representations or certifications set forth in this Contract shall apply to subcontractors (at any tier) and Contractor shall not utilize any subcontractors (at any tier) who cannot provide such representations or certifications, excepting the certification to be registered with Washington’s Statewide Payee Desk, unless Purchaser will pay such subcontractor directly.

  • Contractor Certification Regarding Ethics The Contractor certifies that the Contractor is now, and shall remain, in compliance with Chapter 42.52 RCW, Ethics in Public Service, throughout the term of this Contract.

  • Subcontractor Requirements The Supplier must ensure that any subcontract entered into for the purpose of this Agreement contains an equivalent clause granting the rights specified in this clause.
