UNION VISITS. An authorized representative of the Union shall, upon prior notice to the City Manager, have access to the City's property for the purpose of conducting union business.

Visits will be kept to a duration as to not interfere with City business, if longer meetings are needed to conduct Union business, ie processing grievances, notice will be given to the City Manager.
