Common use of UNION VISITS Clause in Contracts

UNION VISITS. An authorized representative or executive officer of the Union shall be permitted, with the consent of the Location Manager, which will not be unreasonably denied, to talk with an employee regarding Union matters during regular working hours. The interview of such employee by the Union representative or executive officer shall be carried on in a place provided for, and designated by, the Employer. Time taken by such interview in excess of five (5) minutes shall not be on Employer time. Time taken for such visits shall not disrupt the serving of customers.
