Common use of UNION VISITS Clause in Contracts

UNION VISITS. An authorized representative of the Union shall upon prior notice to the Employer have access to the Employer's facilities for the following purpose: A. Contractually defined obligations, e.g., see grievance procedure. B. The Employer reserves the right to limit access of CMH facilities if, in its judgment, meetings are disruptive to consumer programming or interfere in any way with the efficient operations of the program.
