Common use of UNION SECURITY & CHECK-OFF Clause in Contracts

UNION SECURITY & CHECK-OFF. 2.01 All present employees covered by this agreement shall, as a condition of employment, remain members in good standing of the Union. All employees hired after the signing of this agreement who are covered by this agreement shall, as a condition of employment, become and remain members in good standing of the Union, upon completion of the probationary period.

All employees hired after the signing of this agreement who are covered by this agreement shall, as a condition of employment, shall become and remain members in good standing of the UnionUnion as a condition of employment. All current Bargaining Unit employees who have not done so and all new Bargaining Unit employees will be required to complete and sign an Application for Membership and Authorization for Check-off of Dues and Initiation Fee on Form A230-86, supplied by the Union to the Company. The Local Union copy of this form will be forwarded to the Local Union Financial Secretary upon completion of the probationary periodcompletion.
