UNION SECURITY & CHECK-OFF. 5:01 Every member of the bargaining unit will become a member of the Union and remain a member in good standing as a condition of employment. All new employees hired as of the date of signing of this Agreement shall, as a condition of employment, become Union members within 30 days from the date of employment and shall, as a condition of employment, remain Union members in good standing.
