UNION REPRESENTATION AND COMMITTEES. 7.01 (a) It is mutually agreed that, where negotiations are conducted on a joint basis between any or all of the nursing homes, the Union will elect or otherwise select a negotiating committee consisting of one (1) representative from each nursing home.
