Union Notification to Board. If an ultimate decision in any proceeding hereunder directs that the amount of the fair share fee should be lower than the amount fixed by the Union, the Union shall promptly adopt said determination and notify the Board to reduce deductions from the earnings of non-members to said prescribed amount.
