Common use of Union Bargaining Committee Clause in Contracts

Union Bargaining Committee. A Union Bargaining Committee shall be elected or appointed and consist of not more than two (2) members of the local Union and a representative of the National Union. The Union will advise the Employer of the Union members of the Committee, and/or, of any changes thereafter.
