Common use of Union Access to Premises Clause in Contracts

Union Access to Premises. The Business Representative of the Union or his/her representative shall be admitted at all times into the area covered by this Agreement to supervise conditions coming under the jurisdiction of the Union with advance notice being given to the Company, and not to interfere with work in progress.
