Common use of Union Access to Information Clause in Contracts

Union Access to Information. Upon written request of the Union, the School District shall provide the Union with a list of all bargaining unit employees that includes each employee’s name, home address, home phone number, work hours, work location, position, classification, wage schedule placement, date of employment and electronic mail address. The Union’s request for this list shall be granted no more than once per year unless the changes have occurred in the information previously provided by the School District. This paragraph shall not be subject to the grievance process.
