Common use of Unforeseen Matters Clause in Contracts

Unforeseen Matters. If any provisions of this agreement or application thereof shall be contrary to law, then such provisions or application shall be deemed not valid, but all other provisions or applications shall continue in force and effect. In the event any provisions are so invalidated as per above, this agreement shall be reopened for the express purpose of renegotiating such invalidated or unenforceable provisions.
