Undue Noise. 7.4.1 Not to create any noise, and for that purpose, to regulate all equipment, including all musical instruments, televisions, stereos and other electronic or mechanical equipment in the Accommodation Unit or the Retirement Village such that the sound emanating therefrom does not cause annoyance to other residents of the Retirement Village.

  • Noise The Hirer shall ensure that the minimum of noise is made on arrival and departure, particularly late at night and early in the morning. The Hirer shall, if using sound amplification equipment, make use of any noise limitation device provided at the premises and comply with any other licensing condition for the premises.

  • Nuisances Tenant shall not perform any acts or carry on any practice which may injure the demised premises or be a nuisance or menace to other tenants in the Shopping Center.

  • No Nuisance Tenant shall conduct its business and control its agents, employees, invitees and visitors in such a manner as not to create any nuisance, or interfere with, annoy or disrupt any other tenant or Landlord in its operation of the Building or Project.

  • Obstruction The sidewalks, entries, passages, corridors, halls, lobbies, stairways, elevators and other common facilities of the Building shall be controlled by Landlord and shall not be obstructed by Tenant or used for any purposes other than ingress or egress to and from the Premises. Tenant shall not place any item in any of such locations, whether or not any such item constitutes an obstruction, without the prior written consent of Landlord. Landlord shall have the right to remove any obstruction or any such item without notice to Tenant and at the expense of Tenant. The floors, skylights and windows that reflect or admit light into any place in said Building shall not be covered or obstructed by Tenant.

  • Nuisance Company will not commit any nuisance, waste, or injury on the Airport and will not do or permit to be done anything that may result in the creation, commission or maintenance of such nuisance, waste, or injury.

  • Noise Abatement Contractor shall operate, conduct, or construct without violating the City’s Noise Abatement Ordinance codified in the SDMC.

  • DEBRIS Contractor shall be responsible for the prompt removal of all debris which is a result of this contractual service.

The installation or use of fences which have the effect of preventing wildlife access and use of the Easement Area are prohibited on the Easement Area, easement boundary, or on the Landowner’s land that is immediately adjacent to, and functionally related to, the Easement Area.
