TWENTY-ONE (21) CALENDAR DAY NOTICE. The City agrees that work schedules existing as of the effective date of this MOU will not be changed without a minimum twenty-one (21) calendar day notice, except (a) in cases of emergency, (b) upon request of the affected employee, or (c) by mutual agreement of the parties.
