Twelve Weeks Entitlement. A maximum of twelve (12) weeks of leave is available to eligible supervisors. 5505 Paid Family Leave The District shall comply with the State laws regarding the Paid Family Leave Act and shall provide leave to all eligible employees of the unit in accordance with such laws.
