Common use of Tuition Waiver for Children of Staff Clause in Contracts

Tuition Waiver for Children of Staff. 1. Any non-resident, regular employee of the Chillicothe City Schools may enroll, tuition-free, his/her natural, adopted, or step-children, or any blood- related child(xxx) of whom the employee has guardianship or custody, or has a child in his/her care who could attend the District tuition-free under the circumstances outlined in ORC 3313.64, within the following restrictions:
