Subsistence Allowance a) The daily subsistence allowance per calendar day worked shall be as follows: Effective April 28, 2013 one hundred and thirty dollars ($130.00) Effective April 26, 2015 one hundred and thirty-five dollars ($135.00)
TRAVEL AND SUBSISTENCE 19.01 (A) There shall be a free zone for employees working within a forty-five (45) kilometre radius of the Halifax County intersection of Provincial Highways, 101 and 102. Travel and subsistence allowance will not apply when travelling to and working within this free zone (19.01).
Uniform Maintenance Allowance 22.1 The City provides uniforms or uniform allowance for employees represented by the Association. The City will continue to replace, repair and maintain uniforms worn in the line of duty. The average cost of the uniforms/uniform allowances are reported as special compensation (for those employees defined as “classic employees” by the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 for retirement calculation purposes and is currently reported as $17 per pay period.
Subsistence a) On projects beyond one hundred (100) road kilometres from the City Xxxx Xxxxxx or Saskatoon each Employee shall be paid the subsistence allowance per day for each day worked. Notwithstanding the above, persons working the four (4) day, ten (10) hour day work week and who work the four days shall be paid five (5) days subsistence allowance with appropriate receipt for proof of accommodation. However, if additional days are worked within the same week the subsistence allowance will revert to the per day worked basis and the five (5) day subsistence for the four (4) days worked will not apply.
Safety Shoe Allowance For each unit member required by the City to wear safety shoes, the City shall provide a voucher from the City-designated department for up to one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) annually toward the cost of acquiring one pair of safety shoes through the City vendor.
Specialist Schools Allowance Funding equivalent to that which a maintained school with the Academy's characteristics would receive in respect of their participation in the specialist schools programme. In the year of conversion, this may continue to be paid by the Local Authority;
Service Core Allowance The company shall pay $0.95 per hour for all work carried out in construction of service core. This allowance will be adjusted annually (effective from 1 June) in accordance with CPI movements (All Groups, Melbourne) for the preceding 12 months to March (increases to be rounded to the nearest 5 cents).
Business and Entertainment Expenses Subject to Company’s standard policies and procedures with respect to expense reimbursement as applied to its executive employees generally, Company shall reimburse Executive for, or pay on behalf of Executive, reasonable and appropriate expenses incurred by Executive for business related purposes, including dues and fees to industry and professional organizations and costs of entertainment and business development.
Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.
Shoe Allowance Effective May I, 2002 the employer will provide reimbursement to full time employees who have completed probation and who are employed in the kitchen department once per year, the amount of $60.00 and once every two years the amount of$60.00 for maintenance, stores person, and banquet house person. Employees will receive said amount so long as the shoes are won on the job. Payment will be made on or about July I upon presentation of proof of purchase.
